Great gym, great atmosphere. It seriously doesn’t matter what your level of ability is, they motivate you to become better. Everyone always says “the community” is the best part of a crossfit gym, but it’s true. My wife and I came in knowing no one, and now basically all of the good friends we have are through here. If you’re even thinking about joining, just come in and talk to the owners, Tim and Crystal. What’s the worst that can happen? You hate it and waste 5 minutes of your life? The alternative is you give it a shot, become a fitter person, and meet some really cool people along the way. Sounds like a good cost/benefit to me!

Never thought a gym could become a second home before I joined CFB. As a former collegiate athlete, Crossfit is the only thing that has ever come close to that team atmosphere. I may have joined CFB to feel like an athlete again, but I stay for the community that has become family.

I first came here when they first opened about 4 years ago! I’ve been on and off as a member a few times, but that’s just how my fitness goes! I ruptured my patella tendon last summer and in the midst of feeling sorry for myself I found myself at 274 lbs sucking down a half gallon of ice cream with hot fudge and peanut butter sauce. I came back to CFB next morning and told Owner and Coach Tim that I had to do soemthing, he said will do! First month or so was rough but the Coaches went above and beyond to help me out, to include setting and cleaning up my weight after each workout. It’s 5 months since I came back and things are looking up! If you have come down to check us out then you should! What’s the worst that could happen, you get sore from a workout?

I fell in love with CF Bethany after my very first class. Everyone cheers you on and it is definitely a family atmosphere. There are special events throughout the year and the Olympic lifting on Sundays is a great way to improve your strength. I highly recommend for anyone looking for something different to try a class and hopefully you will fall in love with it like I did.

I love CFB! My husband and I have been going for 4 years and it’s just the best community to be apart of. CFB was my first crossfit experience and everyone was very welcoming. I did crossfit pregnant and found the coaching staff knowledgeable and supportive. We just wish we found CFB sooner!

Crossfit is by far the best workout regimen I have ever started, and Crossfit Bethany is the place I have to thank for it! The people are great, the coaches are awesome, the environment is super friendly, and the workout is amazing! I stepped foot into CFB for the first time about 1 year ago, and will never be able to go to another gym again. It is that great! Please stop by and try out one class. I promise you will be hooked and won't regret it. As the owner told me the first time I spoke to her, 'the hardest part is walking through the door'.
