Feedback:

Continuously call me on behalf of Bank of America who I have never banked with asking for my personal information. Sounds like a scam to me.

Feedback:

Rude supervisor, Will Greer. Would not hold for a conference call to clear my son's account. Medical coverage in force for service date.

I spoke with one representative who has some couth. Everyone else seems to have a smart little mouth.

I settled my debt with this company with one large lump sum and four reoccurring payments afterwards to pay off the account. They somehow “could not process” the last payment. So now they are saying my agreement is void and owe the full amount. I know I had funds available the day of the scheduled transaction. Scam!!!

Company is sooo racist and turnover is high a lot of fratinizing going on there in which they will lie about. Company is a joke and the managers are too!

I just talked with a supposed supervisor. He knew nothing. When asked if I could speak with someone else it was a “no”. He could not tell me when the debt would be updated or if it would be reported to the credit bureau. Same dang people answering calls and changing their names. Such BS.

I received a letter from this Company, stating that I agreed to pay them insTallent of $200 per month. I made no such agreement nor do I know who or what they're bolling me for!! I believe the letter is a Scam!!

They scammed for $499 and I was dumb enough to pay it and now kids had to go without lunch money because of it. Total scam stay away!

Rude person who kept talking over me when I was asking questions about what they wanted to do. When I pointed it out she was being very rude, she didn't apologized but kept on talking.
