-Regino Otero, unfortunately, is one of my family members. He has built-up resentment toward me and he used this issue that creative staffing and I had as an opportunity to write hateful things about me and say that my review is "unequivocally false". 1. He has absolutely no clue about what happened between creative staffing and I.2. He was not the one who referred me to creative staffing. 3. He sees this situation as a green light to go ahead and write a review and say negative things about me to attempt to make me look like a bad person. When I applied to Creative Staffing for them to help me look for a job, I was helped out by Shawn. After about two weeks Sue Goldstein called me a few times for a job and I did not answer at first because I did not recognize the phone number. I got a call today, and when I called back Shawn answered and said "Is this Jennifer?" and when I said yes she immediatley transferred me to Sue and the first thing she did was YELL at me and say "What the hell?!" "Do you want a job or what?" "This is rediculous." Those exact words. When I POLITELY apologized for not answering the phone as I did not recognize the phone number, she proceeded to RUDELY keep yelling. I hung up on her because I was BAFFLED by the way she was speaking to me. She called me back and said "Let me start off by apologizing to you because I shouldn't have gotten mad like that." Then when I told her that I didn't need her to aplogize to me or even assist me in finding a job at all if she was going to speak to me like that, she started begging me to let her apologize to me. SUE GOLDSTEIN, you have no right to speak to anyone that way whether you are helping them look for a job or not. You are extremely out of line, unproffesional and disrespectful. Especially coming from someone that works at a JOB recruiting agency. If you feel that it is okay to speak to anyone in that manner and make them feel belittled just because they didn't answer 2 or 3 calls because they didn't recognize the number, you are WRONG!
