Feedback:

I first met with DJ, and he knew Candace had a client with an opportunity that fit me better. I met with Candace that same day and two days later she had me set up to interview for the position. I received constant updates from both Candace and DJ, and ultimately got a contract to hire position with their excellent help. I highly recommend them.

After 4 months of submitting applications, I finally received a response and my resume was submitted to a company. After my interview, the company wanted to hire me for their contract role. I accepted but before I could start, my father died. I told the two ladies at CFS (who seem to be the only 2 point of contacts; although their titles say directors). They did not offer any condolences; just wanted to know when would I be able to start. My father just passed away!!!! How could they expect me to know at that moment?Anyway, after my grieving period, they refused to respond to my emails regarding my availability or potential jobs. That's a sad commentary on the company and those that work for CFS.

As a Career Coach (and former recruiter), I am very selective about the recruiters that I introduce to my clients. I have worked closely with Creative Financial Staffing for many years and continue to refer to them because of their high level of professionalism and expertise level, as well as their high quality of work. One thing that I really value about CFS is that they see each candidate as a real person, not just a dollar sign. They genuinely care about helping people find the right role within the right company. (That is a rarity in the recruiting industry, sadly. Many recruiters just chase the dollar and only view the candidates as $$, with no regard to them as a person with feelings). I love that the recruiters at CFS will give you straight answers and not the run-around that so many in the industry tell clients when they don't have a position for them. Their communication style is clean and clear. And, if they are not the right fit for you, they will try to point you in the right direction. If you are looking for a recruiting agency to work with, give CFS a try. You will not be disappointed!

Brian Sargeant was diligent, attentive in the specifics about the type of job, the location and the income! He is great at coaching for the interview and gives his expertise in preparation. I received an offer with all three things on my wish list! Location, compensation and job description. Thank you again CFS and Brian Sargeant!

I have worked with Diane and Pam for over a decade and have had a positive experience with them the entire time. They have been great partners and resources in our firms acquisition of talent. The firm has been responsive and provided great customer service over the years. In my eyes CFS has become more of a partner than a vendor.

I have worked with both Pam Rodriguez and Diane Delgado at the Houston office and they have been wonderful in matching me with the right organizations. They are professional, listen to the needs of the candidate and client and provide tools to help prepare for interviews. If you are looking for solid accounting staff they are a great resource.

A few weeks ago I called the Houston location and some ghetto sounding girl answered the phone. She was so rude to me and sounded like she didn't want to be there. It left a bad impression for me as a candidate. I can't imagine what impression it leaves for companies who want to use them to fill positions. If she can't be nice over the phone during the 30 seconds I talked to her, how is she in person? I can't imagine any better.

Zero stars is appropriate I’ve noticed since relocating to this city the staffing agencies (multiple) appear to hire for the same ONE position. How is that possible in a city as vast as Houston???? As for this office. The rep emails instead of calling and later informs me the only position has been filed while we were conversing ‍♀️ ‍♀️ What’s the odds of this??Very unprofessional and waste of others time
