These folks were scheduled to come pump out my septic tank on a Friday. They got tied up with another job but then called to say they would be there and was it OK for them to show up at 5:30 PM. I was amazed that anyone would be that committed about taking care of their customers! They did indeed show up as promised, found my tank (it was a somewhat difficult task as it was buried deeper than usual), pumped, and covered everything up and were gone leaving no trace of their having been at our home. This is an absolute class act from Angie, to Mac, to their entire crew. Thank you, Craven Ag!
