I am giving this rating because I tried for 3 weeks to schedule an appointment to have my taxes done with no success. Each time I would call, I was told someone would be contacting me the next day. I understand February and the beginning of March is a busy time however, If you do not have time for any new clients, let people know. 3 weeks with no call back was a waste of time and quite frustrating.
