Your roslindale location denied service last night at 850 and they were really really rude about it. Literrally rushed to get there before closing. They said call corporate they can check the cameras. I dont know what that means but I went to Starbucks made it there at 905 5 minutes after closing and they were nice enough to make us 2 coffees. Wont be coming back to this location ever. You should train your staff not to talk back to customers however they want as well. I told her I was recording her and suddenly she stopped talking. She even said really sir. Its 5 to 9 give me a break. Lol. Never coming back. Dont need a coupon. Keep it.

Employees as well as costumers are treated wrong and unfair...u have no benefits u can b there working for 10 years and ur pay rate dont chabge mean while a.new employee with no experience whom speaks Portuguese has a higher pay rate..the gm is horrible and make the store manager look bad..

First off if i could put the rating in negatives i would. Well i was an employee here at couto and they mistreat their employees. They hire heroin addicts who shoot up on the job and let the addicts continue to work in their company. For human resources, they are horrible as well. My wife also worked there and was sexually harrassed for months and brought it to the multi unit managers amd nothing was done about it. All the owners care about is how much money goes in their pockets and dont care enough about their employees or stores. Your store in revere has mold and cockroaches. How about i file a lawsuit on this franchise and call the board of health on you disgusting people. Greedy is all the owners are. Managers and multi unit managers suck. They only care about themselves. Youre stoneham store was disgusting as well. How about stop with the greed and stop posting false advertisements as well. Up to 15$ an hour my white ass.
