I had the pleasure of working with Michelle, who was able to grasp perfectly the kind of work I was looking for. She explained several opportunities to me, and I was interviewed and hired within one week! This company is very professional, communicates well, and are very knowledgeable of what kind of position you would make a great fit for. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to everyone!

I would not recommend this company. Total time waster. No contact whatsoever after the initial interview. Empty promises. No integrity. Better off searching for employment on your own.

In response to the comments from Ingrid. No where on my resume says anything about 18 months experience. If you look at my resume, I have 6+ years of administrative work so the stretch of pay isn't unreasonable ( and achieved) for the depth of experience and knowledge I have. She did state in my interview that I didn't have enough experience until I made her aware to look further down on my resume which you will see 4 years at that job one job. Also, I said I understood after Melissa herself has called me 2 times then a 3rd time off a privately blocked number leaving me voicemail regarding my google review ( 3 times in less that 24 hours). Like I said to Melissa on the phone about this Google review, I didn't like the way she said it to me. It came off rude to me in my interview and stated I appreciated her reaching out, which made the situation better, but there was nothing to do that could change my feelings about my experience..Overall, not really happy with the service I received from this agency. Note, this review has nothing to do with Joel, he was fantastic! I was brought in for a interview with Joel which went awesome. Joel did ask for me to sit down with one more person. A female blonde (cannot remember name but i believe it started with a M) entered the room and interviewed me as well. However, i left the interview sort of insulted. At the time, i did contacting which paid very well. However, sarcastically responded, well then why do you need another job... ok fine, i get it. But when we were going over the compensation i am looking for, she worded it really rudely basically saying I'm not qualified for the price range i was asking and basically told me it would never happen since she knows the ' profession'. However, just to spite that, I have received 2 offers for positions that paid more than what I was asking. Over a month later, i receive a call from company regarding a position I applied for and to make it short, she thought i was a new recruit and never called me back since per what she said 'I have to check with Joel if you are qualified'. Never received any call. Reason I am writing the review is that even though I would've been a temp, or even looking for direct hire, there still needs to be a sense of professionalism with working with people. I felt very belittled and like I was no good to her.

Maria is so great at what she does! She’s more than happy to help you and goes above and beyond my expectations!! I also got to meet Ingrid who is also really nice and informative. If you’re skeptical, don’t be. This was my first time going through a service and I have no regrets!

Mandie Moore is the best recruiter I've worked with and the staff at Corporate Resources of Illinois are awesome! Mandie contacted me on a Tuesday, I met with her on Wednesday for a face to face interview, and had a job interview and offer before the close of Monday! She was professional, kind, and gave really great tips to nail my interview. I totally recommend using them if you're looking to make a career change.

Initially I was frustrated seeing as I felt I had been ignored yet again by another staffing agency that was just trying to push anything on me, but I did speak to the manager and she assured me that was not the case at all and apologized. The job market can be tough and I completely understand that so it was appreciated that time was taken to explain what was really going on.Edit:Since the 3 months that I had updated my review after speaking with the owner, I was not contacted again from this agency and have since found employment on my own. As stated before, temp agencies aren’t for everyone. This agency may or may not work for you, but that’s up to your own discretion on whether you want to give it a shot or not. Changing my rating to 2 stars for the lack of response.

I feel a lot of support as I start a new job. Corporate Resources even helped me with excel tutorials so I can do well on the job.

Corporate resources is great!! Definitely get in touch with Sandra! She goes above and beyond to get you the right job! You can tell Sandra takes pride in her job!The process is easy, go in and meet with sandra and she will look over your application, then ask questions to get to know you so she can find you the perfect job. I went in on a Monday and had a job interview by Friday!
