As a healthcare technology provider and consultant for 18 years, I can easily identify medical offices are run well and provide good services. Family Healthcare of Lake Norman has been great to work with. They have a sense of doing things the right way so that they can provide the best care to their patients.

This is a great office with wonderful medical office professionals.They are a No Nonsense office that has ZERO wait times every time we’ve visited them. Happy we found Dr Winegardner since we’re treated like human beings rather not like a number.

Went for a drug screen for my new job, there was no one waiting , they had me waiting for almost an hour and then they told me they could not do it and I had to go somewhere else. The front desk lady very unprofessional and rude. I will give them zero star if I could.
