It is shameful that this agency states on its website that it provides its clients with the highest level of business standard, serving you with knowledge, professionalism, trust, integrity and skill. Their CEO, Corey Werner failed at all of these claims. I question how you can then lead a team? We have a property in Yorkton that needs to be sold. I spoke with Corey who agreed to provide a fair market value in an acceptable amount of time. I followed up when I had not received it in that time frame. He told me he needed more time to get it done. He misled me to believe that he was trustworthy, professional and had integrity. It has been weeks and I have not heard back from him.........

I chose Core Real Estate because of their amazing reputation and the fact that they are heavily involved with community events and programs. I was looking for a home on a specific street in Yorkton for over 6 months. Core Real Estate was amazing, they door knocked several homes in the area that I wanted to live, and eventually found me the house I wanted. Furthermore, the buying process was smooth and effortless. I couldn't be happier with my choice in real estate agents. Thank you Corey Werner and team.
