#1 worst place to work for ... bad reputation due to horrible training, management talks behind employees back and let's not forget their occurances. If you are 1 minute late, which is due to heavy traffic, they give you an occurrence. My suggestion run as fast as you can.

Hands down the best center In Jacksonville. From the trainers to the OMs and everyone in between. If you do what is asked they will do everything above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! You can’t have a job and expect to not work for it. You’re experience here is what YOU make of it. I have been here for a few month and anytime I’ve had an issue going thru chain of command and following protocol it’s been resolved to my satisfaction! You get what you put into it. Your leadership will set goals for you to meet and help you get there. Even people who aren’t your direct POC will be willing to offer suggestions and advice on how to improve because we are ONE TEAM! You work your way up from the late hours to the early hours, the pay and benefits are great and you can get a ton of overtime. By applying yourself and working hard you can advance quickly. This place is about promoting YOU and what YOU CAN DO.
