Kristen Edelen has been quick to respond to inquiries, employee changes, etc which takes the worry out of making sure that our payroll is going to be correct. I've had the pleasure of working with Kayleigh Lutman at Convergence for the past few years. She's efficient and helpful with all of the issues I've thrown at her. She's saved me a few times with payroll mistakes. If she isn't able to address a problem or request I have she directs me to the appropriate department and it's handled within the same day.

So far not impressed been waiting on direct deposit three plus months. They apparently can't get it done. Unfortunate that this is who my employer uses I guess I'll never have direct deposit as long as these idiots are in charge of my money

No professionalism or ethics, I worked for another company and was terminated by that other company. Convergence stated the I had abandoned my job when I did not contact them and denied my Unemployment Claim. Convergence didn't hire or fire me, the other company did but Convergence is the one who paid me, therefore making them my legal employee. Cold hearted, evil, people who never even met me.
