Overall Feedback:

An appalling unprofessional, disrespectful company that fails to provide the very thing that they market: an accountancy service.Poor communication and organisational skills with the inability to understand a customers frustration when issues are not resolved time and time again.They feel that by simply throwing free months service at customers, that, that will somehow shut them up even when the actual issue has not been resolved.Senior Management are disrespectful as at a higher level as they do not have the decency to respond to you, perhaps due to the fact that they shouldn’t as Manager has already dealt with it.Please avoid this company.I would not recommend.
