I was cut during my hair follicles exam. The woman tried to act as if she didn’t do it! Gave me an alcohol pad and sent me on my way! Didn’t even show empathy but that’s NJ for you. Place was very clean and well organized.

Not sure why I was told that this facility did not take my insurance when it was listed on my insurance website as an In-network provider. So, I was turned away after hiking to this place and in need of medical attention. When I advised my insurance carrier that this site does not take my insurance and that they should correct the site, my insurance called them and was told that they do take my insurance. WHY the miscommunication and poor customer service? Please educate your staff, people could be in treatment when entering your offices and to be turned away because someone failed to know something as important as what insurance they take -it's insane.

I spoke to a human, which is always nice. However I was told that there was no one around to handle my issue, and the problem was noted.. It was a Saturday. However I did get feedback the following Monday, so someone is doing there job.

The office staff was wonderful, everyone was!! Evelyn even gave my husband throat lozenges for a sore throat. Testing went smooth and efficiently.

Dr. Michael Baruch is amazing! I went to two hospitals and three doctors for my finger and they didn’t know what to do for me. Dr. Michael looked right at my finger and knew exactly what i had and gave me medication that helped right away. After dealing with so much pain for months I could hug him!
