This company's subsidiary the Deposit Protection Scheme deliberately stops google giving them a listing, presumably as their service is so bad if they did allow anyone to review it they would struggle to get 1 star. I have just called computershare Investor services and the poor lady i spoke to was clearly tired of getting complaints about the wait times

They are called COMPUTERshare, but you still have to send IPO forms by POST like its the 90's. Sad!

Pretty disappointed with this company. They misinformed me about account refs, have lost my money, have wasted my time on numerous calls and have generally been poor. Advisers have been nice - but where is the structure? Shocking. 1 star given as can't give none :(

Just had to downgrade my review to one star after the vodafone team have shown utter incompitence every step of the painful way...

it is difficult to get in touch by mail and if you call then you wait a 1/2 hour, the power bad for a company it should be closed with it

They seem to have unusually high call volume most of the time I call them, and I try all sorts of hours, and I just had the same experience calling them at 2:30pm and waited for 15min without answer.

what a shambles, got all my codes to access my accounts, no such luck !! as for contacting them, WOW either rude incompetent telephone staff or a stupid electronic conversation with a robot, try contacting anyone else good luck with that !! don't use this company if you want feedback or assistance and I really regret having to give one star just to post this
