They have had work for me every day that I've come in or called. Pay isn't always sensible, same pay for fast food cashier as for 9 hour labor/construction jobs, but they tell you the pay in advance and you know what you're signing up for, so can't complain about that. It's perfect for making connections and for making some money in between jobs. The office staff always has something for me to do. I'd recommend it if you don't have a full time job and the same day pay is perfect if you need cash. Just wish it wasn't mostly junkies and drunks working.

Iwant appointment with owner of staffing. Hi...iwant to talk with owner.of complete labor staffing. Today icame fisrt at 4:30am.and show up over there .employees who work with staffing didnt like to give me a job. So isaw some people came after me they give him tickets then send them to work.

Don't waste your time. The people that *work* there don't even acknowledge you when you come in. This is just a hole in the wall place with no legitimacy.

I worked at a company and they ordered guys to work with us from here. There were a few decent workers from there, but the vast majority were all dope fiends. Apparently they get paid on a daily basis. Work today, get paid today deal. I've heard many bragging about all of the narcotics they ingest. Many had their hands in their pockets, eyes glued to their dirty sneakers, looking like they don't know what to do next. Sad stuff, the job was very easy. I respect those who actually did work, which wasn't many, but the rest were bums there for their bags. I just am baffled though, I'm a man who trained in Krav Maga, and they had ideas in their minds that they can beat me up, which is pathetic because grown adults don't behave this way. Regardless, I wouldn't bother with them in any physical altercation and I never told on them because I would hate to see people not succeed, regardless of their mental health conditions and drug abuse.

If complete labor got rid of mike and james it be a scary thing every day i get jobs from them i will continue to go there only way i wont go is if they got rid of mike and james. People dont like hearing the truth from mike and james

Usery! The name is exactly what it is. They bill the client for say $22 per hour but pay their laborers $10 per hour. The mark ups are unethical lousy petty-bourgeois cheating!

The Lynn office is awesome if you need immediate work. The job manager Brian and office staff Janette and Tatiana jump through hoops to get you matched immediately with an employer. You may not have see the overall supervisor James (he is often recruiting employers out of office) but he is very personable and friendly also. The first day you may have to wait around a few hours, they want to make sure you are sincere and reliable. Once you demonstrate that you can show up on time and do a job they go out of their way to keep you working. The hourly wage will not be as high as you would like in a forever job, but if you need cash now while you are looking Complete Labor is definitely the way to go.

I believe pay should be fairly compensated for the job your working on. Construction jobs only pays $8..Flipping burgers at McDonlds $10....
