I have been in business for 23 yrs. and have both had payroll done in house and have used two large national payroll companies. Doing payroll in house was a complete waste of time and money and my experience with large national companies was that my business was very low on their radar. It was great to be referred to Tom at Compass Payroll. Compass Payroll gives me a much more personalized service. Mary Jane, who handles my account, takes care of and helps me through the myriad of government agencies that need to have various reports. And she does it in a very friendly and courteous manner with no rush to give her the hours and move on.
