I like the service at the bank but am beyond frustrated at your on line service. I was told if I didn't want to pay for mailed statements, I should set up an online account, and I could see and print my statements, no problem. WRONG!! In the first place there is no print option AT All on the mobile app. And it does NOT tell me the current rate of interest on my variable savings account. If you go to google and sign on theorhetically, you could do all that there. Well, that worked for 2 or 3 months, but for months now, everytime, I try to sign on that way, it either tells me it's timed out, or tells me the service is not working at this time. Try later. Therefore for months now I can see my balance, and how much interest, I got the previous month, IF I use my phone app. But not the current interest rate, and if I want to keep a record from month to month of the interest added and balances, I must write them by hand on a piece of paper! If you're going to charge for statements, ALL the information pertaining to accounts should be available ON line. And should be printable!!
