I would put a negative 10 if I could. These A**HOLES keep robo calling my office, don't respect do not call list, don't respect my callbacks to say don't call and seem to have gotten around the call blocking on our VPN system.

worst customer service in the world. even there customer service folks know they have the worst people. whatever you do. don't buy from this company. they are low rate gutter snipes.

Worst HR experience EVER in my life. Applied for an internship with them last year. They never followed up with me, so I reached out to them. They set up a phone interview with me at a certain time where I had to make arrangements around that time. They NEVER called me for my interview. Confused, I called them back and the lady said "Oops, I forgot to write down your name for this time". She was too busy to interview me on the spot so we set up another time the following week. And she forgot to call me then, too! Angrily, I called them, and guess what? Nobody picked up! I left them a voicemail explaining to them about the situation and my contact info and received no answer back ever again. I even e-mailed the company TWICE about my situation and how it was very unprofessional for forgetting a phone interview with me twice and not even responding to me. Low and behold, they never contacted me back. To conclude, I would say that this was the WORST experience with applying for a company, the most unprofessional HR employees I have spoken to, and this reflects so poorly on their company as a whole that I would dare not to use any of their services or purchase their products.
