I have worked in this place for about 3 months.. apart from the training period, its a total chaos. You got to be very lucky to be placed in a good team under a guiding team lead. Unfortunately, i was not lucky. There were no clear instructions as to what is to be done but they made sure I was bashed infront of everyone. They expect working overtime even if its a waste of time with no results. My weekend offs also were not accepted. My lead would call me and ask me to come to the office. No proper scheduling. I dont know about the company but this branch specifically not to be gone for.
