Great place to go if you need work fast! Olivia helped me out tremendously when I was in need of a job within 2 days she got me an interview and started working on the 3rd day!But not only was it that one time she’s done it a couple times and now she got me a job I love! Hats off to Cody staffing! If your looking a job cody staffings the way to go! Go see Olivia! She will definetly help you out like she did me!

Amanda is very unprofessional and will wait until 3 pm to respond to messages you send her at 7-9 am. She will be passive aggressive when you communicate. I can do Manuel labor hell I can even take in my face criticism but what I cannot take is condescension.

Best staffing agency, hands down! They only set you up with full-time and permanent positions. If you are tired of being treating like another number and or just a "temp" worker then go to Cody Staffing!! Amanda and Olivia in the Clackamas office really know what they are doing!

Did exactly what they said they would. Amanda at Cody Staffing is great at what she does. Went to meet her on a Wednesday and got an interview that following Monday. Started Orientation after that. She also helped two of my family members with their jobs.

Hands down, worst staffing agency I’ve ever beeen to. I showed up for my interview appointment, and so did 10 other people at their tiny office in Clackamas that couldn’t accommodate all of us. They set the appt times and then were frantically trying to figure out what to do with all these people who showed up... Then they only wanted to talk to me about a job I didn’t apply for and wasn’t particularly interested in and tried to rush me out because they were so overbooked. They said they’d call me by the next day to discuss the job in more detail and then ghosted me, never called, didn’t answer my follow up calls or return my voicemails. Unprofessional from start to finish. Don’t waste your time with them. All she did during my interview was photocopy my license and social security card, info I now wish they didn’t have. Not sure what kind of scam they’re running, beware. I applied to an ad that said to contact Olivia but when I called Amanda answered and said to ask for her instead. Maybe the other employees are better but I’d def avoid Amanda

What I like most about Cody Staffing is the fact that I do not feel like just another candidate. My recruiter Amanda took the time to get to know me and build a relationship with me. I never felt pressured and she was always available when I had a question. The follow up, support, and professionalism I experienced were truly exceptional. I felt like Amanda put in the effort to understand my skills and background, and to find positions that would be a good fit for me. I received constant, exceptional support and feedback throughout the process. I am very pleased with Amanda and I will recommend Cody Staffing and their services to all my friends and family.
