We had an initial issue with their failure to communicate that a recruit would (at the 11th hour) be unable to show up at our jobsite as planned and expected. However, after addressing this issue and voicing our concerns, Coastal Connections went above and beyond in meeting and exceeding customer service and expectations. We would not hesitate in contacting them for our future employee temp service needs.
