If i could give it no stars I would. When you call you cannot speak with anyone the phone systems always dumps you into a message box. If you leave a message no one gets back to you. An employee told me that you cannot schedule appointments the computer does it so if you have to work... no appointment and you cannot reschedule you must wait for a letter to be randomly generated by their computer to be sent to tell you it is scheduled on ... you guessed it! The same day you have to work.
