I cannot thank the team at Cloud9 Umbrella enough for their support during my time with them. I was new to contracting and wanted to dip my toe into self-employment before I went all in and they were the perfect service to use. Fast efficient, payments (with a quick text when you got paid) and the staff were always very helpful in explaining any new legislation changes and how my payment slip was broken down. It got my head around the basics of taxes from a payslip!

Very impressed with how quick and simple Cloud9 Umbrella make contracting for me. I love that there's no paperwork and everything is electronic (environmentally-friendly bonus!) plus the dedicated PA you get to help guide you through the process of working through an umbrella company has been invaluable to me!

They provided a highly efficient and professional service, and made my life as a contractor so much easier. If I ever had any problems or even questions about some news I'd read about the industry, they were quick to help and answer my questions with complete honesty. I truly felt supported by the team, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an umbrella company.

I love that everything is electronic with no paperwork and I even get a text when I've been paid. I was very happy during my time with Cloud9. When I first started out in contracting, they really put my mind at ease with all the dificult and confusing financial bits and essentially took me under their wing. I was completely new to the industry, but everything was explained so clearly and I could tell how they worked hard to make sure I was always paid on time. You don't see this much anymore, but they're a company full of people who truly care about their customers. Keep up the incredible work guys!
