A company I used to work for does their taxes through Clear Choice. My W2 got lost in the mail, so I went into Clear Choice after being told I could get a copy of the employer W2 they had on file for me. When I went in, there were two women in the office. I told them I was picking up a copy of my W2, and they asked my name. After I told them my name, one of the women asked me “You don’t have a different last name?” I told her no, and she asked to see my I.D. After a couple minutes she handed me a folded paper and then I went home. Upon getting home and looking at the paper, I realized it was not my W2, but one of my old coworkers W2. After telling them my name and them seeing my I.D., they still managed to give me somebody else’s paper which had their address and social security number on it. I went back and told them they gave me the wrong one, and the same woman said “This isn’t your last name?” She then gave me the employers copy of my W2 without making a copy, which I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to have on file. I informed my old coworker of what happened and she is not pleased either. I don’t understand how they could be so careless with people’s personal and private information.

We have gone to one of the "Big 3," for the past few years, until now. Had a bad experience last year, so decided to look elsewhere. Found Clear Choice and decided to give them a try. Extremely satisfied with the service that Rosa provided. She went above and beyond our expectations! We will be seeing her for now on. Very happy we dropped the previous preparer and went with Clear Choice.

This was my first year using Clear Choice Tax Services, and I will never go anywhere else! Rosa went through and helped me figure out how to get the maximum amount we could back, plus she went above and beyond to find out why our W-2 forms were incorrect, and she actually found us $1100 from last year and $900 from the year before that my old Professional Tax Preparer had missed!! Her thoroughness and helpfulness were unlike anything I have experienced with a tax preparer which is definitely a plus when you are dealing with something as important as taxes! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get through tax season with less stress and the good feeling that your taxes are being done right!

This is evident in their efforts to unite the Garland District as a safe enjoyable neighborhood to live and do business in. I recommend you consider doing business with them!
