I was dealt with by Bethany who was absolutely lovely and so helpful. She regularly spoke to me via phone and email to keep me updated with everything. She also checked in on me ahead of an interview she arranged for me as well as calling to wish me luck on my first day when I was offered the job. It’s such a personal touch which I really appreciated. I was seeking work after being made redundant and within 3 weeks found a new role with the help of CLD, I would highly recommend.
