For 2 years I've been a part of citistaff solutions. Prior to, I had tried several other agencies. with those I experienced many similar problems, checks undelivered, lack of good communication, refusal to acknowledge the employees basic agreed upon rights. Things that I've not experienced since joining up with citi staff. I just thought it was time, for me to acknowledge the profesionalism and the effort that the staff, in particular Rachel, has shown . My sincere thanks Rachel, you've been key in keeping a guy that just wants to do a honest days work afloat. If any of you are looking for a solid agency that do their job . This place is a nightmare... Called about getting my check and got a run around about how they can't give me it. Then they get really rude with you ( Jackie ) like it's not your money or like they paying you from their pockets... They added fake notes in there system about me calling days after I had originally called in just so they wouldnt have to give me my check within the 72 hours they had upon me quitting so they wouldnt have to cut a check before payroll on friday.. laziness.... they try to treat everybody like they dont know the law or what your rights are. Worst experience ever, definitely never coming back ....

My personal experience with citistaff has always been great I mean sure sometimes the places that they placed me at no longer need me but they're always quick to place me at another place and I want to give an Especial good review to their employee Aurora as soon as one place let me go for a very poor reason she was very quick to try to get me placed in a different department and she had a very great attitude about it she's a very wonderful person and I'm grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her and hope that others who read this ask for her when looking for a job opportunity

Look at the last names of everyone giving these reviews. It’s 100% Hispanic, and these places they place you at for work, only want Hispanics. If you are any other race try a different job field. You won’t be treated fairly doing temp work in this city.
