Not only do they now want to charge extra to send me a bill, now they say we're limited to 115 lbs per pickup(one container ) or i need to PAY more..

Terrible trash service. After 3 phone calls and my trash sitting at the end of the driveway for a solid week, I've decided to make a change. I went from 2 trash can service to 1 trash can service....6 months later, the 2nd trash can still sits next to the house. Neighbors tell me the same story.

I got their service 3 weeks ago and still no pickup. I have never received such poor service ever in my life. Have called numerous times. Last week I finally got a different answer...said we were not sequenced and she would call the route supervisor to see what was going on. No show so far today! Ridiculous!

Nothing is worse than having two full trash cans at the end of a long work day. And on top of it they keep raising my bill and I silently pay more than what was originally agreed on and they still can’t pickup the damn trash!!

Recycle bin has not picked up for 4 weeks now I called 3 times in the past 4 weeks last week they promised it would be picked up two days ago it is still sitting at the curb customer service is very poor and put on hold for a long time I recommend going to a different company and they do not call back

Absolutely horrible service. They had promised us our trash would be picked up five days ago and we are still waiting. Tried calling back multiple times and they aren't even picking up now. Finally got ahold of them and they couldn't seem less concerned. Put us back on hold yet again after waiting long already. Once we got back on the phone again, they said they would put in a work order and call us when the trash is going to be picked up. Yet again, made it to the end of the day with our trash still on the street.

I would rate no star but it won't let me leave a comment unless I rate it. I plan to be switching by the end of the month. Its going on day 4 and I'm reading people are waiting weeks. Why treat your customers like this. There is no excuse. They pay your check to pay your Bill's. Where has the good service gone. Not from this company. Now they know our number and wont even answer our calls now. Way to go on this switch. It is the worst choice made for your customers.

Where to start!! Firstly, either hire more professional employees or evaluate your operations as a business, which I highly recommend both. How does this business function by any means on any given day is beyond my understanding of anything ethical. Individual trash bins were not replaced in thier dwellings, trash was all over the apartment property, broken glass on our streets, and bins were blocking vehicles. That is just an idea of unethical practices, not to mention the employee seemed unwilling to care. I called the company and customer service was little to no help. Seemed as if no individual wanted to take ownership and make it right. Just don't, search for a better company for trash services and ect. Do it right the first time!

If I could give them a ZERO I would - the manage to get my trash but my recycling is another story. Called today to remind them for the umteenth time that it was forgotten AGAIN and asked to be compensated for my time having to call & was told that if they sent a driver back they could not compensate me?!?! Seriously. This has been a consistent problem of incompetent drivers and dispatchers.

I cannot believe the terrible customer service we received from this place. I am of a big family and this past Christmas I worked out all the logistics to implement a recycling system for our household. We bought a recycling dumpster from this service in February 2017 and Christian Environmental hasn't picked it up ONCE (not to mention they took several weeks to deliver the dumpster itself). We have called them 15+ times and my dad sends a reoccurring email to them every.single.day. No response to phone calls or emails, and their phone messaging machine is full. We are trying to find a better company to switch to now, but when it comes to recycling in St. Charles/O'Fallon, MO, it seems like no companies do it well, at least that's what we hear from our neighbors who utilize other companies. This not only speaks to the awful service and customer service of Christian Environmental, but to the recycling culture of this city. We need proactive companies who support recycling and can express that they do by making it easier for everyday households to give back, throw away less, recycle more, and make the world a better place.
