Finding quality childcare outside of New York City was more difficult than I anticipated. After several weeks of interviewing personal recommendations and online applicants, a friend suggested I reach out to Choice Care. Julie and her team were a breath of fresh air. We were in a time crunch to find a great nanny, and Julie quickly sent over a pool of qualified candidates for us to review. By the next day we had interviews lined up and made fast progress. She understood our needs as a family and was able to source the best candidates that met our criteria. We ultimately found someone wonderful who is the perfect match for our family. When it comes to your children, you can't put a price tag on peace of mind. This agency is worth every penny!

I worked with Julie @ Choice Care to find a full time nanny for our 1.5 year old son when we moved to Westfield recently. I worked with Julie to find the perfect family over this past summer. She was absolutely amazing!! I filled out her application online and was contacted later that day to schedule an interview. Within a week I had been matched with perfect family, and today I couldn't happier! I had worked with other agencies in the past and was disappointed in their lack of professionalism and the types of families they "matched" me with. Julie could not be more different! I have already recommended her to two friends and plan to send any other nannies I meet her way!

We went to Choice Care after two colleagues recommended Julie to help us find a nanny in a very short time frame who could manage 2 young children and an infant on the way. After an introductory phone call with a member of Julie's team, we completed a 2 page form to formally start the nanny search process. Working full-time, it was important that I had a direct line to Julie throughout the process. We had two phone calls with Julie where we reviewed the form and discussed all of the requirements for our family for the caregiver. Julie was patient, a fantastic listener and very responsive. She identified 6 excellent candidates within a week and summarized their references, experience and backgrounds in comprehensive profiles that were sent to us in advance of the interviews. We found that all 6 candidates met our needs though we ended up hiring the one that was the best personality fit. The new nanny has been with us for almost a month now and we couldn't be happier! A big thanks to Julie and the Choice Care team, who we highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare - because it is much harder to do so outside of NYC!

Julie identified excellent candidates, sending resumes and numerous reviews, which gave us the background information we needed, but which I would not have otherwise had the time to collect.
