Just a poor overall service. These people are not CPAs nor they understand accounting processes. Over 10k in losses because of using them for a year. Trust me... go somewhere else.

I used Choice Accounting Solutions for 2014, 2015, and 2016, and they had major issues 2 out of the 3 years. The customer service and attention to detail are severely lacking here, and the owner, Danny, does a very poor job of overseeing the work done by his employees. For 2014 I was misquoted the amount of my return by $1500, which he blamed on a typo, and in 2016 his office forgot to send in documentation that caused an almost year long delay in getting my amended return.

Seriously, these people are legit and prices are so reasonable! I'm the worst with math so I desperately needed someone/company that could help me. At Choice Accounting Solutions, I got the best of both worlds. I don't have to spend an arm and a leg to run my business's bookkeeping and I have made great relationships with the people that work there. I can tell they really care about my business and me as an individual which is very important to me.

Looking for an accounting firm is hard considering everyone charges differently. But when i found Choice Accounting Solutions it was such a refreshing feeling. They not only took care of my accounting needs but also helped me start my company. They went above and beyond for me and are much more than just an account office

I just started my company and I needed an accountant to help me. I contacted over 10 different accountants and all of them were so vague or wouldn't give me straightforward answers-- except this one. Choice accounting solutions made it so simple; one flat fee took care of all my needs. And the best thing is there are no end of year fees. I am so happy, thanks choice!

I didn't know the first thing about doing my books especially when my company started making money. I was referred to choice accounting solutions through a friend. I was a little apprehensive because it's hard for me to trust people, especially with my business, but I set up a netting anyways. I brought everything I had (which was a mess) and they say with me and explained everything I needed to know. I learned things that I was able to apply running my business and now I'm doing better than I ever imagined. I love how they make sure I don't fall behind on things and give me great advise.
