In an entire month they finally sent me on 1 interview and then I never heard from them again. I was taken on by a different agency and hired immediately and have now been with that same great family for many years. I was given very bad attitude from Chicago Nannies, they were unprofessional and I do not recommend.

This has definitely been one of the best agencies I have worked with in the Chicagoland area. Most are unprofessional and only care about placements to get paid. Chicago Nannies was friendly and helpful. I will definitely work with them again in the future.

| Like Jessica down here , i applied and i didn't hear back at all! I have experience, references. What amazed me that they post jobs every day on allll the websites! Well, if you paid attention to people who apply for YOUR jobs, maybe you wouldn't need to post jobs every damn day . I will tell all my friends NOT to work for you .

As a Nanny I've had zero success with this company. They have been processing my application for about 3 months with no follow ups. I've contacted them asking for update & all I get is "Can I get your name, & email back" or this last time they asked me to answer the same questions I had already answered during the interview. I even went ahead & told them "If they felt I wasn't a good fit with their company, I would be fine with that & pursue other companies." They said "No, we want to work with you & we will be in touch." That was about a month ago. I moved on with North shore Nannies & Olive You Nanny Agency. Which both did a better job at helping look for families.I have 17yrs of professional experience, I'm young & have amazing references and letters of recommendation, so ultimately I was able to find a great family on my own via recommendation. Hopefully other Nannies have better luck than I did, with this company.

I used to work in HR and interviewed and hired for a living, but we had our hands full with newborn twins so time was a premium and the expertise Chicago Nannies brings was invaluable. They did a brilliant job matching our needs to the right person and made it seamless and stress-free at a time that was not!Many many thanks to Joy and her colleagues. We LOVE our nanny. It was totally the investment to use professionals to help us.
