Our experience with Shari was excellent. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and left us with great resources and tips for next time. She got us in and out really fast, but we weren't rushed, she was just amazing at her job.

Over priced for the 20 minutes I was there. The person working with me just entered numbers and said “all done - you owe money to both the state and the federal govt” At no time was I given a price for services I was about to receive.
