Have been with this company less than a year and already with my third recruiter. First recruiter was amazing. Would send weekly emails, very easy to contact, and felt supported. This recruiter seemed on my team and wanted the best for me with my assignment. Second recruiter was so-so at best. Felt 100% unsupported, while this recruiter was easy to contact and answered questions quickly the recruiter did not seem to be working with me and wanting the best, nor did they assist helpfully when issues arose. There are plenty of opportunities to pick up shifts at other facilities which is nice.
