I have used Chenellen CPA Firm for my tax preparation last year and will be returning for this year as well. Hugh Kim and his staff give me excellent, personalized service. Their service extends throughout the entire year with any tax related questions I have. I use him personally and recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with tax preparation and accounting services. Many firms can be busy during the tax season to respond back quickly to any personal tax-related question. However, Mr. Kim has responded in a timely matter and has gone out of his way to make sure that everything was clearly communicated. I only have positive accolades concerning my experience with them and would highly recommend.

작년 tax report 할때 도움 받아서 올해 tax report 예약을 하려고 여러 차례 이상 전화하고 voice message 를 남겼으나 아직까지 call back이 없네요. Answering machine은 작동하는걸 보니 business 는 하시는것 같으신데 좀 이상해요. Business hour가 Saturday만 되어있기에 금요일도 그리고 오늘(토요일)도 연락하고 메세지 남겼으나 연락이 없네요. 결국 전 2주일 이상 기다렸으나 연락이 없어 다른 cpa를 찾아가려 해요.
