Absolutely Terrible! Been with them for a few years and had a few issues since In or Out Taxes bought CM from Wes. I gave them the benefit of doubt until I had yet another issue today. I called to speak to someone but only to be answered by a message. I left VM twice. I then called up In or Out Tax service.They own Checkmate. I found out that CM works east coast hours? We are West Coast . I should have jumped ship a while back when I had to pry one of their employees off the bar stool across the street for 1pm appointment. He was wasted! Bought him lunch and watched him slobber as he ate.
