I have been to Charterhouse twice, almost a year apart. On both occasions I turned up on time, only to be made to wait for more than an hour for the consultant. By far the worst recruitment agency I have even been to.

A brilliant recruitment agency - this place has never wasted my time, unlike so many others and I have always found the agents very proactive about helping a person to secure work. I wish all recruitment agencies were as good as Charterhouse.

An absolutely disaster... What a horrible frightening experience... Made me quit a secure job for another opportunity... Which never materialised after all paperwork, police check n all... Worst part got their hands completely off... No accountability, emphathy, sympathy or compensation

I was approached by Rupinder, for an engineering role. She does not have any idea and knowledge about the role or what she was looking for. Such a disgrace. How you judge someone if you don't have prior education in engineering?

Not worth it. The Consultants were interested in knowing more about me than discussing about the job. After sometime they say we will discuss about your profile in team meetings and get back to you if we find any relevant opportunities. I took a day off, traveled all the way to CBD just to meet the consultants for a job that wasn't there. Please respect the job seekers time and effort. You can do the fishing/head hunting over the phone first and call them to the office only if you are sure you have a job.

I interviewed for a Recruiting Consultant position with Charterhouse, but ended up taking another position at the last minute. I met with both Jason Darbyshire, their CEO, and Glenn Marland, one of their managers. Both were great guys and were straight to the point in regards to what the position entailed. They were extremely professional and even expedited the entire interview process that same day so I could meet with their team. I would definitely recommend them to any other recruiters looking for work.

Very poor service. Similar to other users, offered a role which never materialized all while turning down another offer in order to secure it. No apology, only justification. Will never use again.
