I would never find work through Champion again, they are so rude and arrogant and don’t have a clue what they’re doing unless Kate is there.I felt so belittled anytime I spoke with any of them and they always sent my time sheet at 5.30 on a Friday and requested it in for Monday by 10am and when brought up they couldn’t be bothered to do anything about it causing missed payments and awful communication Would definitely NOT recommend these recruiters.

Just like every other agency they don’t know what they’re doing, if they miss a weekly payment to you they tell you that they’ll pay you the following week which is Unacceptable, if you have a problem you never speak to the same person, for example I had a tax, query I spoke to 4 different people and none of them could be bothered to help, they kept fobbing me off. Any normal employer would sort out a problem for you, they were my employer and they didn’t sort it out as a result of this I was overtaxed for 3 1/2 months, I’ll be glad to get shot of them and go permanent with a company that I’m working for.

Made me feel stupid and berated my CV (which clearly hadn’t been read) despite it successfully finding me several interviews thanks to two lovely agency’s in the Banbury area. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to leave feeling deflated and needing a (big) glass of wine
