I interviewed here. Worst place to give an interview. HR Aishwarya called me in the morning and asked me to come over to office at 2:00. First she took interview and then there some guy who don't know anything about recruitment took my interview. Surprisingly both went well and I was asked to stay back for one more round and that would be with some manager from Maharashtra office. HR told she is not available right now, we'll schedule a telephonic interview within that day but I never received any calls. I tried contacting her couple of times and her answer was we'll schedule an interview with you shortly. All I'm telling is don't make your applicant wait. If he is not selected, be straight and tell him. I asked here multiple times that if I'm not selected that's fine just tell me but she didn't tell me anything. This type of attitude spoils your company. That's ok if I'm not selected just be clear with it. Don't even try to attend an interview here and still want to go there make sure you have a backup. Not really a good company for B.E graduates.
