I sure missed my old job. But, I quit a job there. I worked so harder for Boss! I worked a lot of overtime. Loved it! But, I'm so mad at her. I can't tell who she is. However, I'm so disappointed w her is because she throwed a pen at me twice. I got flied off the handle at her. She's not unprofessional. I left there. I heard so much about that bad company. At Human Resources Linda or Lisa seemed not care how I feel about her. I decided moved back to my hometown. Thank you, Luisa who hired me! It was nice worked, but other way no. Have a blessing days. T care!

This organization has been responsible for making my life a nightmare for the past few months. They entered my social security number wrong in to their system. It took them four weeks to fix that problem. Then I found out they signed me up for a completely different coverage. They refused to fix that issue, without first getting confirmation from my previous employer. I contacted them every day, until I received word from my employer that they were contacted by them. They even lied saying that they contacted my previous employer multiple occasions without answer, even though I kept in constant contact with them. That only took another four weeks. They still to this day refuse to refund me the amount difference of what they were charging me, versus the plan I was actually on before hand. I paid them three months ago in full, and my insurer has still not heard any information from Cerdian. It's been three months, I have done everything on my end, and I am still without insurance. I'm about to take serious legal action soon.

DREADFUL. They MAIL statements 7 days before they are due forcing customers into arrears as it is not possible to receive the statement and return it with a check in time. If a customer tries to be proactive and mails a payment using a prior statement and the payment amount increases, the check sent doesn't match the amount, THEY RETURN THE CHECK! I have worked as an HR manager for 7 years. This company has some of the most ridiculous processes I've ever seen.DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

This is Ceridian Benefit Services and has been since the late 1990's. Florida Power Corp. left this building and was later bought by Carolina Power and Light in 2000 and did business as Progress Energy which was bought by Duke Energy in 2012.
