She was well prepared and assisted us with proper market timing to list. Also, she personally hosted the open house to find a buyer who matched the unique listing characteristics of our property. She was extremely pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced & knowledgable local realtor.

Fake potatoes? GC does better. The roast beef was too tough to chew, no matter how they sliced it. Everything tasted bad, except the sweet potatoes and the fried shrimp. The bread pudding was okay, too. The broccoli salad was so...mushy. The atmosphere is fine, but the food is gross. Go to the other well-know buffet instead. It's not perfect, but it's better than this.

My boyfriend went to look at a house on 7006 fireside Dr, Port Richey FL 34668 on 08/08/18 alittle before 12pm. In short, Fred Heldt who apparently works for the Century 21 East lake in Florida, showed him the house. I was being FaceTime bc I was at work on lunch, he told Fred he got into trouble with the law 8 yrs ago but has no issues since then. Fred asked what they were and my bf James told him. So Fred decided to tell my BF " we don't do buisness with people like you"..... It was very fortunate I was on the phone and not in person bc as a non felon myself, never had any issues with the law, that statement enraged me and Fred wouldn't of had the chance to regret the words he said. Who does your agent think he is!? To have the audacity to say that, there were other ways to say that and sound professional....tactful even!!! But no, apparently Fred decided to not give a fuck. Now so far I have been directed to multiple century 21 sites trying to get here....... Teach your agents to respect people!!! Even if they are lying through their teeth, Respect people! What Fred Heldt said to my bf was disgusting, everyone I have told said the same thing, even those who have never met my boyfriend said " wow! That's uncalled for". Fred Heldt..... Based how your chose to speak to my bf you are a low life in my eyes. And yes as my boyfriend did tell Fred after that " well we don't do buisness with assholes like you"... trust me when I say if I was physically there.....I wouldn't of been so nice. For the 20 people we've met with and he's been just as honest and upfront with them.... Fred, you were the only person to say that. Infact few of those agents like him so much they contact us when they find properties we might like. Take a class in professional work ethic as clearly you have none.

Search elsewhere if you want a professional experience. Hiring them costed me six months of financial loss. Signed up to sell my desirable condo and after four months of hardly any showings, no open houses and no advertising through mailings, magazines, etc I started to speak up and voice my discontentment with their service. I had given my realtor an original copy of the condo rules and regulations which I paid someone 50.00 to retrieve. She copied them for me and when I fired her after good cause at the six month mark I asked for my condo documents back and she shredded them! Her boss defended this action by telling me well we copied them. Lack of professionalism is buzzing all around the building so don’t waste a trip to this office.

Ginger is one of the most genuine people in the real estate field I have met. My mother will be moving to the area soon and Gina is already in the process of helping her find a new home. As long as Ginger is in real estate in this area = she has our business!

Dont generally leave many 3 stars almost always 5 stars they were great when we were renting our townhouse for three years. When we moved out the experience could have been better. They made everything right in the end.
