If you looking for a professional service, look no further. Our agent was Shelly Garriott. She was incredible and very down to earth. There were options on selling our house and she went through them all weighing out the options and helping us to make the right decision to sell the home fast. When I mean fast, I mean fast. We had a buyer within 4 days of listing. She stayed in constant contact with us, even after hours and on weekends with no hesitation. She negotiated everything and got us the price we wanted, set closing for date that was convenient for us and worked with our realtor where we were relocating.
