CCI is very unprofessional when it comes to their employees....communication does not exist for them. Program manager gets rude, HR personnel doesnt seem to know what they are doing and if they owe you money make sure you keep all the emails because they will either take forever to pay you back or they dont pay you back at all. I reported them to the DOL, government office and working on BBB....there is a reason why they lost the contract. Had nothing but problems with them since I got rehired with them

Overall, I loved working for Central Care. The site on the other hand was understaffed. I appreciated how CCI was willing to help in whatever way they could. If the site wasnt understaffed, i would have stayed..Thanks CCI for the opportunity <3

This is a horrible contracting agency, they either ignore emails or they screen everything. Myself and three other co-workers have not heard from them concerning our 401a or our paychecks. We have contacted their hire ups with no return message or calls. Simply horrible. We are reporting them to the BBB.
