Trying to rollover my 401k from this company is like pulling teeth. Don't answer phone, don't return email, finally got a hold of one guy last year who promised to take care of everything and send forms to me, never received a thing. IDK if they can help but the only possible step I can think of is a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office.
