Do not use this company. We were lied to about paying monthly and also about the coverage. We were told we were set up to pay monthly and one day, our account had a withdrawal of the entire amount and left the account overdrawn. Josh Green and Beatriz have told us they will credit us back the entire amount over 2 weeks ago, and we are still waiting. Be ware of this company. Such a scam. There is more, but I will leave it at that!!!!

Deceptive "bait and switch" practices - avoid this company! During the the application process, I spoke with Josh Smith and provided all requested information about the property, including on the age and condition of the roof. The policy was advertised as having full replacement cost coverage, including the roof.Nearly a week after taking my payment and binding the policy, I received an email from CBiz that they were placing an actual cash value form on the roof (which means I'd receive pennies on the dollar in the event of a roof claim). I would have never purchased this policy if it would have been correctly advertised with cash value coverage on the roof, or even if a remote possibility of this happening would have been brought to my attention.Later that month I cancelled the policy and expected to receive a full refund less a prorated amount for the days of coverage under this policy. I was initially sent a refund of $300 less than this amount I was owed. After contacting Josh to complain, I was sent an additional refund, but still nearly $100 less than what I owed. When I asked him about this remaining balance, he told me the amount I was refunded was "correct" because "the policy fee is non-refundable on the policy premium." I cannot see any reason why I should be charged a single cent beyond the prorated days of coverage due to CBiz's deceptive practices.I switched to a policy with CBiz's largest competitor, which had no problem providing full replacement value coverage on the roof. Thankfully I didn't stick with CBiz, as we had a crazy hailstorm shortly after making the switch, and it looks like I'll be getting a new roof due to the hail damage, paid for by an honest insurance company (Not CBiz)!
