If you're 80 years old and looking for a bunch of chatty slow moving accountants to handle your fat stacks of cash then this is probably the place for you. If you want a place that can actually stick to their scheduled times, communicate clearly between office staff, and email you your return without it being a big deal, look somewhere else. Oh, and be sure to ask up front how much it's going to cost you because no one will mention it until you get the sudden sticker shock. I'm reasonably confident that they did my taxes correctly, but it wasn't a good experience. And if I'd known ahead of time how much they'd charge I'd have gone somewhere else. It's my fault for not asking, but you'd think someone might have thought to mention it at some point.
