When we first came to CCW we sat down with Dean and designed our dream kitchen. Everything went well until we received our cabinets. We installed them ourselves. Dean had showed us a 9 inch spice rack and a 9 inch pan rack that looked awesome and would function great for my wife. Instead we received two 9 inch basec cabinets that look stupid next to the stove. They said we read our paperwork wrong . Then when we sent them a copy of our paperwork which did not say a base cabinet they wanted us to pay $600 for their mistake. My wife is not happy with this kitchen at all. This company is great with you until they make a mistake, then they expect you to clean up their mess . Also because of they're not taking care of us we found a better company locally that has pricing just as good. They should learn to take care of their customers. Until they take care of us for what we paid for we will consider this as a one star company.
