Dropped my tax information off and expressed concern about contacting the IRS to let them know the back tax return was being worked on. Didn't hear back from them within two weeks even though, I had called to ask if they had contacted the IRS. Called and left a voicemail message with them to let them know, I wasn't going to need them. She emailed me that night to say she was working on the return, even though we had never spoken ONCE about my deductions. The office interior is as bad as the customer service. AWFUL.
