Communication problems experience in not paying invoices and over paid my staff on a few occasions but never got that money back in my NDIS plan. Other than that It does give me more control over who supports me, the task they perform and where I purchase my equipment and medical supplies.

It was a five star however the service has dropped this year I think. Its mainly communication I.E returning emails or call back
