Maria Martinez is by far the most unprofessional/rude person I have yet to deal with. I had to constantly call her, and she would never return my phone calls. She pretends to be this intimidating person for NO reason. She's extremely rude. She makes you feel like you're a nobody and you're not good enough(she belittles you). She has this nasty attitude. She called one of my references and they told me she kept snapping at them and even HUNG UP on them. This is not right. I have been looking for a job for 3 months now with her and every time I have an interview I have to HUNT her down to give me an answer and she NEVER does. This isn't the way to treat others. DO NOT WORK WITH HER!!!

Careerxchange treat you like family, Maria Almozovar who have known for many years. Maria has been my mentor and adopted big sister . Susan Rodriguez was very pleasant and professional. They're well-known South Florida company that been around many years and I like how they are always professional and attentive to their employees . Rasheeda who manage the front office is always pleasant and helpful.

Susan Rodriguez is one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with. I’ve work with prior staffing agencies before and have never experienced someone who is so nice, sweet and confident. She made me feel secure and was very enjoyable to speak with. She appreciated my experience, my work ethics and made sure I felt confident in myself. She is quick and efficient. And when she says she’s going to do something she does.!!!! I highly recommend her and will be forwarding her info to fellow friends and family. Thank you so much Susan.

Worst experience ever with a specific recruiter at this location Name: MARIA MARTINEZ . She will come off very intimidating and would make you feel as though you don’t stand a chance with the employer. She also appeared very unpleasant in the FaceTime interview. Now, correct me if I’m wrong. Which recruiter pressures candidates to tell them the SPECIFIC NAMES of possible employers that they have been interviewing with.Making them feel as though they are not going to be hired if they do not disclose other personal sources of their choice, as a means to seek employment. Whether it’s another Staffing Agency Or employer is basically none of the recruiter business. To add, the only thing that I enjoyed about my experience with this Agency was the convenience of the FaceTime interview.
