I had a rocky start with this organization as my letter for my initial interview arrived after the interview date/time; however, the career manager was apologetic and did not realize I would not receive the letter in time. The staff has been very helpful and mostly friendly. They do help you with issues that are obstacles in finding and keeping an employment opportunity, in addition to offer courses to teach skills if needed and hold career fair events.
